Newcastle-under-Lyme School – Staffordshire Bus Advertising

Staffordshire Bus Advertising

This month’s winner of our Campaign of the Month accolade goes to Newcastle-under-Lyme School and their Staffordshire bus advertising campaign.

Newcastle-under-Lyme School has used bus advertising with us a number of times in the past in order to help increase their brand awareness. In this advertising campaign, however, they chose to utilise the Super Rear advert spaces to promote their Open Morning on 1st October 2016.

The school is a prestigious, independent day school that was originally formed in 1874. Accepting both boys and girls from ages 3-18, it consists of a Nursery, a Preparatory department, the Senior School and the Sixth Form. Their high level of achievement at ‘A’ level has made them one of the top performing schools in England. They have a number of well-known personalities and names in their alumni including Dragon’s Den star Sarah Willingham.

Staffordshire Bus Advertising Campaign

Newcastle-under-Lyme School opted for a 4-week Staffordshire bus advertising campaign in the run up to their event. They took 25 Super Rear spaces across a wide, but local, area including Stoke-on-Trent and East Cheshire. Rear spaces are ideal for targeting motorists and parents who are looking for schools to place their children, due to their extended dwell time. The high number of adverts taken out for this advertising campaign also increases the frequency of their message.

This is a great bus advertising campaign, as it not only gives them extended coverage in their key areas, but also lends itself to the amplification of the school’s branding.

Thinking About Bus Advertising?

Buses are on the road between 10 and 18 hours a day, up to seven days a week. That’s a lot of time that your brand or event could be getting in front of your target audience! As well as being in town and city centres, buses also take to the residential areas, increasing the viewing further. We even have some buses that do more rural routes, which suits some of our clients and their needs.

With bus advertising, you’re not relying on a prospective customer to buy a form of print media and to turn the page onto your particular advert. You’re not relying on them having the radio or TV on at just the right time to catch your advert.

The only thing you have to rely on is us, Adverta, to look after your marketing needs from start to finish and we have decades of experience in doing so.
