This depends on whether you book an advertising campaign, enquire about booking a campaign or apply for a role with us, as explained below.

Booking an Advertising Campaign

When you book a campaign we will use your details to:

  • Deliver our contract to you;
  • Contact you with regard to any matter arising from your booking
  • Keep you informed of future offers which may be of interest to you

Advertising Enquiries

When enquiring with us we only ask for your email address, contact number and name. This is so that the relevant Account Manager can get in touch with you to answer your query.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Should you wish to unsubscribe, please send an email to sales@adverta.co.uk stating your contact details.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Data

We keep a log of enquiries to ensure each one is responded to. Subject to any legal requirement, we will delete your information when you tell us that you are no longer interested in our services or seven years after you last enquired.

Job Applications

When applying for a role with us, we ask for your email address, contact number, name and CV. This is so that your application is processed and responded to.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Data

We keep a log of job applicants to ensure each one is responded to. Subject to any legal requirement, we will delete your information 6 months after your last application for each role, unless you have confirmed you are happy to stay on our CV database.

Third Parties

Adverta will not sell, assign, disclose or rent your personal data to any other external organisation or individual.

We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place appropriate technical, physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.
