Our chosen Action Shot winner from August was Cambridge Community Services NHS‘ bus advertising in Bedfordshire. Congratulations to our Regional Account Manager, Peter, who not only took the shot but also managed the campaign.
Cambridge Community Services NHS wanted to run a bus advertising campaign about breastfeeding awareness. Critical to this campaign was the incorporation of the ‘Free to Feed’ slogan.
The ‘Free to Feed’ campaign was launched by Cambridge Community Services NHS. Supporting mothers across Luton and Bedfordshire, it aims to raise awareness among the public and local businesses. The idea behind the campaign is to help build mothers’ confidence when breastfeeding out in the community.
You can find out more about their campaign by going to the Cambridge Community Services NHS website or by following the hashtag #FreetoFeed on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook.
Peter was quick to snap the winning Action Shot from outside of the Centrebus Luton depot on the day the bus campaign went live.
The NHS have used this method of advertising in the past, however, this recent burst for NHS bus advertising in Bedfordshire went public at the beginning of July. Running for a total of 4 weeks with Centrebus Luton, they opted for a total of ten Streetliner bus adverts. These were all on random routed buses; this maximised their exposure.
We are positive that this campaign reached its target audience within the local area.
