Bus Advertising in Leicester – The Willows Care Home

When it comes to our loved ones, health, safety, and quality of care are of utmost importance. However, there may come a time when we may have to consider that their care requirements cannot be met within their own home.

3ab Care Ltd is a family-owned organisation which has six residential care homes; Brook House, Harley House, The Heathers, Saintbridge House, Westcroft Nursing Home and The Willows, located in the Midlands and South West.

Each of their nursing homes focuses on the value of family and the critical role that the elderly play in society. Staff members never underestimate or take for granted their role in ensuring the safety, welfare and standard of living that their residents expect from them, combined with professionalism and compassion that is held in the highest regard.

As a result of their success in upholding their values of respect, trust, and integrity, we are pleased to announce that The Willows Care Home won our July Campaign of the Month.

The Bus Advertising Campaign

Single Deck Mega Rears are one of our most popular bus panel types, as you can showcase your brand on the entire back of the bus, making a bold statement.

Amy Judd, our Regional Account Manager, signed the first contract with The Willows Care Home in October 2020. Their advertising campaign consisted of an initial 24-month campaign with a Single Deck Mega Rear bus advert. They then took out a fresh 16-month contract in July 2021 for a Streetliner advert to run on the same bus.

Both advertising campaigns are showcased on one Centrebus bus within their fleet, specifically route 154 which covers Leicester, Cropston, Quorn and Loughborough to name just a few areas, so advertising on this bus route maximises the advert’s exposure in their locality.

Quality Living. Quality Care

The Willows Care Home is an exceptional care home in the historical town of Shepshed, Leicestershire, founded in 2016 and is the newest member of 3ab Care Ltd. It is a purpose-built, two-storey care facility that can house up to 60 residents.

The home has spacious mature landscaped gardens and benefits from two secure patio areas, along with masses of lawn for outdoor activities and gentle walks.

The home is close to local shops and other amenities with great links to public transport and Loughborough town centre is only a short drive or bus ride away.

The home features well-maintained cosy individual bedrooms, some of which have en-suite facilities.  Staff encourage their residents to personalise their bedrooms and choose their own colour schemes.

In their dining room, they serve freshly-cooked dishes that adhere to all dietary restrictions. Meal times are protected to ensure that people may relax and enjoy their meals without interruption, however, family and friends are always invited to join for dinner. Their residents’ birthdays are commemorated by the entire staff, with friends and family.

The Willows Care Home boast a strong activity coordinator team with extensive entertainment activities. They arrange special events, entertainment, and daily activities for the residents to enjoy both in groups and individually. These are customised based on the preferences of the residents. The home also includes themed events, pamper days, beer nights, and movie nights. Medical & beauty therapies are on offer as well as an on-site optician and physiotherapist, just like in any community.

The care home takes pleasure in its cleanliness and has a dedicated domestic team working 12 hours a day, with an on-site laundry service and a long-standing Laundress ensuring the residents have clean clothes 7 days a week.

The Willow Care Home is proud of its reputation for adhering to all rules set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other care regulatory agencies. The 3ab Care Ltd Group, dedicated to upholding high standards, carry out quarterly internal audits to assure ongoing oversight of their homes and standards of care.

You can get in touch with The Willow Care Home by calling them on (01509) 650559 or connecting with them on Facebook.

Our Regional Account Manager, Amy says” it was a pleasure working with Priya at the Willows Care Home, I love the artwork and often use it as an example on my proposals for other Care Homes.”

All of us at Adverta love the final design for this bus advertising campaign. We would like to congratulate our Regional Account Manager, Amy and say a big ‘thank you’ to our production, fixing and campaign teams for all their hard work in bringing this campaign to life.
