Advertising in the West Midlands

This month’s Campaign of the Month winner is Sandwell Valley Country Park. Sandwell Valley Country Park is a returning customer who previously advertised with us using two six-month Streetliner bus adverts in 2018 and were looking to extend their advertising in the West Midlands.

After gaining confidence from the success of their original advertising campaign, they renewed but with a slightly larger approach. They increased their duration from six months to 12 and opted to renew one of their Streetliners but added on two Twinliner bus adverts. This latest outdoor advertising campaign has been running since mid-February and the aim of the advert is to attract an audience to the beautiful facilities that the park has to offer.  With this 12-month duration, the adverts will cover the sunny summer months and multiple bank holidays all in one.

When our Account Manager, Amy, spoke to Sandwell Valley Park she was delighted to hear they wanted to use Adverta to advertise with again. Having worked closely with them in 2018, we think that it is great that the relationship has continued and this is a reflection of how important customer service is to us.

Sandwell Valley Country Park is a beautiful historical working farm which has been restored.  The park offers the perfect family day out entailing grazing meadows, a traditional farmyard, walled kitchen gardens, Grade II listed buildings, a small museum and an award-winning tea rooms. The farm is a member of Rare Breeds Survival Trust  as it is home to a number of rare breed animals. You can keep up to date with the latest news on their Facebook & Twitter accounts.

You can catch these great bus adverts on the following routes with Claribel Coaches: 167 & 168 which travels through Sutton Coldfield to Erdington via Walmely, 600 Brookvale Park – Erdington Circular & 97A Birmingham – Chelmsley Wood via Heartlands Hosp. These routes will be carrying the Streetliner which is a renewal from last year. The two new Twinliners will be showcased on the following routes: 167 & 168 Sutton Coldfield to Erdington via Walmely, 97A Birmingham – Chelmsley Wood via Heartlands Hosp, 600 Brookvale Park – Erdington Circular, 424 Birmingham – Asda Queslett via Witton, Hamstead & 604 Mere Green – Kingstanding via Sutton Coldfield.

As a team, we feel that the end result has turned out fantastically with very clear and bold images incorporated into the design. This will generate masses of exposure within the local areas so make sure you keep your eye out for them!

We’re proud that, based on 2018 figures, 69% of our business came from repeat clients and this is something we aim to achieve again this year. We would like to thank Sandwell Country Park for their returning business and we look forward to many more campaigns with them!

Advertising in the West Midlands

We can offer bus advertising on multiple fleets throughout the West Midlands, to ensure your target audience is exposed to your brand, company or event.

These include Claribel Coaches, Diamond Bus, Johnsons Coach & Bus Travel and Select Bus. This mixture of fleets creates a selection of both dedicated and random routes thus enabling you to either be more precise with your advert placement or to let them have more range over the local area.

Twinliner Bus Adverts

  • 3m wide sections of vinyl covering the solid parts of the bus, so below and above the window
  • Can be positioned, according to the vehicle, nearside or offside
  • A cost-effective way of achieving large format sites and all the benefits this gives
  • This panel type is an excellent way of reaching consumers at point of sale on the high street

Streetliner Bus Adverts

  • 10ft or 13ft long posters which are available on single deck buses and can be bought in a mixture of sizes
  • As there are far more single deck buses than double decks, Streetliners generally deliver broader coverage
  • Deliver the message at eye-level for motorists and passengers alike
  • Offer a good balance of vehicular and pedestrian audience
